In 2024 we are happy to welcome new visitors to Shady Oak Trail Getaway! We welcome back our usual visitors from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi and want to thank you for coming back to stay with us again!

We are now taking Reservations for both Winter and Summer seasons in 2024. Don't be left out, book your wonderful family cabin experience, romantic getaway with Hot Springs shopping not too far away, or your corporate fishing trip TODAY!!!

Shady Oak Trail Current Events

We have 6 beautiful cabins for you to choose from this year!

Shady Oak Cabins offer all of the following:

  • Comfortable accommodations for families, couples, or singles
  • Central A/C and heat; washer and dryer; coffee maker; and coffee in each cabin
  • Free Wi-fi in every cabin except #6.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided. Just bring your groceries!
  • Beach, concrete patio area, and boat docks on site
  • Quiet cove just minutes away from Blakely Dam or the 'Sand Bar' area (by boat, of course!)
  • 15 minutes by car to downtown Hot Springs or Lake Ouachita
  • Outdoor charcoal grills, outdoor chairs and picnic tables
  • Swimming and fishing along 1/4 mile of shoreline

Enjoy relaxing walks through nature after a fun day at the lake.

Office hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Our cabins are not pet-friendly.

If you or a guest of yours is found to have a pet on the property, your cabin rental fees will be forfeited and you and your guests will be asked to leave immediately.

The Doggy Dude Ranch is just right up the highway from Shady Oak Trail Getaway.
